IDEA DE MEJORA

Uso este producto desde hace tiempo y ME GUSTA MUCHO. He notado que el dosificador de 400ml es incómodo respecto al que había antes. Cuando se va gastando se estruja y la botella no se tiene en pie. Y si lo abres y le ebtra aire, luego no va bien el darle al gatillo, se encasquilla rodó el rato. Ya lo he probado en 4 botes y pasa igual.

Muchas gracias por tu comentario. Hemos renovado la botella con el fin de ser más sostenibles, ya que hemos reducido el plástico del envase y también hemos cambiado el material, pasando de PE (polietileno) a PET para poder contener un 25% de plástico reciclado. Por esta razón puede que, cuando presionamos el envase a la misma vez que pulverizamos, no dejamos entrar aire al envase y éste se contrae. Y no vuelve a su estado original hasta el aire vuelve a entrar.

Cómo se abre???

Hola, Compré hace unos días el acondicionador bifásico.Y aún no he podido utilizarlo pues no hay manera de que salga por la pistola. Veo que lleva un tope de seguridad,pero imposible de quitar con las manos. Gracias por la ayuda.

Gracias por tu consulta. La pistola está bloqueada con un sistema de seguridad para evitar que se pulse sin querer y se pierda producto, para usarla sólo hay que girar el mecanismo de seguridad hacia un lado y presionar la pistola. Después de usarla, se puede volver a bloquear girando el mecanismo hacia el centro. Si tienes alguna duda por favor envíanos un email y te enviaremos un vídeo para mostrarte cómo hacerlo.
